and this is our Mission statement.

We want every child to have the best education possible at St.Joseph's, so that they will be empowered and fulfilled by their experiences, appreciating beauty and truth,

growing up as loved and loving children.

To achieve these ends, we try to provide the best - staff, technology, literature, music and other resources. Our Wildlife Garden, for example, is a haven of flowers and butterflies, art, poetry and science - bluebells and cowslips, poppies and cornflowers blooming again in Ordsall after 175 years of industrialisation.

We do our best to see that the children become more and more aware of the exciting opportunities awaiting each of them in their future lives - truly the chance to

'have life to the full.'
